• Invoice Data: Client names, contact details, and billing information.
• Marketplace Data: Listings for tools and materials, prices, deposits, and availability.
• Payment Data: Processed securely by Stripe Payments UK Ltd — we do not store or access card or bank information.
• Device & Usage Data: App version, IP address, and analytics (for crash logs and performance).
• Images & Files: Optional photos uploaded for projects or listings, stored securely via Firebase Storage.

• Create, authenticate, and manage user accounts

6. AI Features & Data Use

Worksite Ready uses AI (such as Groq API or similar services) to generate project plans, estimates, or checklists. Only project descriptions you submit are processed. No sensitive personal data is shared with AI systems. AI responses are stored with your project for your own records.

7. Data Retention

• Active accounts: retained while your account remains open.
• Inactive accounts: deleted automatically after 12 months.
• User-initiated deletion: you may delete your account anytime via Settings.
• Backups: stored for up to 30 days for system recovery.
